Its location is marvellous, very close to the business centers on JP Laurel, the taxi, and the Grand Regal.

Location: the hotel was just next door to eateries and SM Lanang Mall, shop and mall. The rooms were immaculately clean and well furnished and complete with a large bed and bathroom, for instance.

Had a very good stay in the bar the night before. The staff was outstandingly accommodating and amiable, always with a smile on face. The setting was comfy, near to Philippines and the business centers on JP Laurel. Furthermore, very close to the mall...

I stayed here for 1 day and would go back in flash. The hotel was located just off so many malls in Mindanao, the restaurant, and the business centers. The location near a mall was particularly good. Besides, it was 2 miles away from Sunrise View Beach Resort. The property staff were very friendly, the breakfast was delicious.

The total stay was really great in the bar the night before. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and each fairly quiet room had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe.

The hotel's facilities were top-notch, with a fantastic swimming pool and a great dining restaurant. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, making me feel relaxed and safe throughout my time here. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning in the future.

The room I stayed in at Grand Regal Hotel was incredibly spacious with a big bathroom and a bathtub. Despite being an older hotel, it had a cool and clean atmosphere. The hotel also provided early breakfast for Ironman Davao participants, which was a nice touch. Plus, it's conveniently located within walking distance of Ayala's Azuela Cove. I would recommend this hotel for its comfortable accommodations and accommodating staff.

Enjoyed the complementary bottled water and toiletries provided by the hotel. The hotel is situated near the airport and shopping malls, which was a great convenience during the stay. Liked the spacious rooms with comfortable beds that provided a good night's rest.

The breakfast menu could have been better. The hotel needs to upgrade its facilities and amenities as they are outdated and require renovation.

This hotel has a good location, near a casino, cafes, and the airport. The room was spacious and had everything I needed. The breakfast served fresh fruits. There were friendly staff who were helpful and courteous. The venue hall was clean and adequately spacious with the biggest whitescreen.

There were some issues like a broken shower knob, leaking vent, and bad smells in the bathroom.
